2. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between CLA Madagascar and any person making a purchase through the Site (the "Customer"). Placing an order on the Site implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are those presented on the Site on the day it is consulted, subject to availability. Each item is presented with a description, one or more photographs, and a price. Items marked "One of a kind" exist in a single copy and will no longer be available once sold. Despite our care in presenting items, slight color variations may appear depending on the screen used.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in Malagasy Ariary (MGA), all taxes included. CLA Madagascar reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applicable to an order is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed. Accepted payment methods are specified during the checkout process.

5. Orders

Every order placed on the Site is confirmed to the Customer. CLA Madagascar reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order, or in the event an ordered item is out of stock.

6. Delivery

Delivery timeframes and methods are communicated to the Customer when ordering or through our contact channels (email, WhatsApp). CLA Madagascar makes every effort to meet announced timeframes, though these do not constitute a firm commitment in the event of circumstances beyond its control (logistical issues, force majeure).

7. Returns and Exchanges

Any return or exchange request should be sent to CLA Madagascar as soon as possible after receiving the order, using the contact details above, stating the order number and reason for the request. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Items marked "One of a kind" may be subject to specific return conditions, specified at the time of sale.

8. Liability

CLA Madagascar cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortage, force majeure, or total or partial disruption or strike affecting postal services or means of transport, among other causes.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (text, images, logos, layout) are the exclusive property of CLA Madagascar, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, representation, or use, in whole or in part, without prior authorization, is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Malagasy law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority before any legal action.
